Монографія присвячена визначенню актуальних проблсм управління освітою на сучасному етапі її оновлення. Розкрито сутність світоглядно-методологічних основ дослідження проблеми управління в контексті необхідності запровадження механізму державно-громадського управління освітою. Проаналізовано відчизняний та зарубіжний дискурси теорії і практики управління освітою, осмислено суть сучасної освітньої політики. Визначено провідні тенденції та актуальні проблеми управління освітою в нових умовах розвитку світової спільноти, з’ясовано сутність, кригерії та показники економічної і соціально-економічної ефективності освітньої діяльності. Окреслено механізми організаційно-освітньої взаємодії держави й громадянського суспільства та доведено роль науки і освіти як чинників становлення інформаційної єдності світової спільноти. Здійснений аналіз підкреслює важливість посилення громадської участі в управлінні системою освіти, оскільки в управлінській сфері на сьогодні недостатньо представлена громадська складова, не сформовані відповідні механізми управління розвитком освіти.

The monograph deals with current issues of education management at the present stage of its modernization. The authors describe the ideological and methodological bases for investigating the problem of management in the context of necessary implementation of state and public administration of education. State and foreign discourses of theory and practice of education management are analyzed, the nature of modern education policy is studied. Leading trends and current problems of education management under the conditions of global communty development are determined, the nature, criteria and parameters of economic and socio-economic efficiency of educational activities are discovered. The mechanisms of the organizational and educational cooperation between the state and civil society are specified, science and education are justified as the factors affecting the development of the information unity of the world community. The performed analysis stresses the importance of intensifying the public participation in the education system management as the public is underrepresented in the field of education management, there are no relative mechanisms for education development management.
The monograph is addressed to the specialists in education management and education policy, researchers, teachers of higher educational institutions, representatives of education administration and to everyone who deals with the problems of development on the modern system of domestic education.
